1. Shake the ampoule lightly.
2. Place the applicator at the beginning of the ampoule to break it.
3. Insert the applicator.
4. Pour the content into the palm of your hand and apply to the cleansed skin of the face neck and décolletage, massaging in with the f ingertips until fully absorbed and apply the usual or recommended cream
